At Niche Nomads we like to keep our groups small as it means more interaction with the tour guide. When touring in small groups, we find that your tour gets more personal, therefor there is a maximum of 20 persons on each tour.
It’s no problem to book a single room once there is one available. Please note that single rooms do incur a single supplement. Find out more about the price for a single room please contact our sales team on sales@nichenomads.com
You can book our tours online or by telephone, you can also schedule a call back through our schedule an appointment on our website. Once you have booked any trip, please wait for confirmation from the team before making any travel arrangements.
10 or 25% deposit and the remainder to be paid in full 2 months prior.

During the trip?
Most of our trips start at the hotel on Day 1. Airport transfers are available on request at an additional charge.
Generally yes, although both signal and WIFI can be a bit slow in places. Most accommodation providers will offer WiFi mainly in the general areas. Our vehicles also offer WIFI.
You will find the full list of what’s included in the trip itinerary. Extra requirements such as meals & drinks are at additional cost payable to the restaurant/hotel.
You will need to contact your airline or travel agent in relation to your flight. Please contact us directly to let us know if you are running late for a transfer pick up and we can rearrange an alternative time.
